Additionally, our team will reach out to guide you through the admission process, including directions on how to reach the facility and commence treatment. If arranging transportation proves difficult, our team will assist in facilitating transportation for you.
We’ll review program costs, insurance coverage, and assist in setting up your client portal access. This allows for seamless completion of the patient information form for preadmission screening and provides a platform for sharing additional information, ensuring a stress-free check-in process.
What to Bring With You
- Medications: Bring your prescription medications in their original packaging with the doctor’s instructions in a clear plastic bag. Our staff will securely store and administer them according to your doctor’s directions.
- Clothing: Pack lightly, bringing enough clothing. Utilize our complimentary laundry facilities onsite as needed. Comfortable attire suitable for lounging and light activities is recommended, as our facility is casual.
- Personal Items: Bring your personal hygiene essentials, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant. Pack them in a convenient toiletries bag for easy transportation between your room. Consider bringing inexpensive sandals for use in the shower.
- Smoking: Permitted in designated areas at specified times.
- Laptop and Cellphones: Restrictions apply to their usage; however, feel free to bring a few books to read.
Upon Arrival to the Facility
Park your vehicle in front of the building.
Follow the arrow indicating “Wellness and Recovery Rehab” to the designated entrance, where a team member will be available to assist you and your loved ones through the check-in process.
Completing Check In
Upon arrival, anticipate an hour-long process involving you and your loved ones. This includes a facility tour, meeting with an Admission Counselor/ nursing and, if necessary, a doctor, providing medical history, completing any remaining paperwork, undergoing admission tests, and finalizing insurance and payment details.
Afterwards, you can say goodbye to your loved ones before settling into your room.
