Dr. Belal Hegazy is a Board-Certified Adult and addiction Psychiatrist in Michigan who has been practicing since 2008. He completed psychiatry residency at New Medical College program at Metropolitan Hospital, New York, New York. Following residency, he completed addiction psychiatry fellowship program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, New York.

As a psychiatrist, Dr. Hegazy understands patients from a different perspective. Dr. Hegazy follows a simple philosophy: the better he knows his patients, the better he can help them. There’s more to the patient’s situation than just their symptoms. There are multiple dimensions, and Dr. Hegazy always says those dimensions contribute a lot to what brought them to ask for help. Understanding the whole perspective helps him, help them.
Dr. Hegazy’s professional interests include addictive diseases, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, cognitive behavioral therapy, and co-occurring disorders.

Tammy Cairns is a Licensed Clinical Counselor as well as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in the state of Michigan. She brings many years of experience in the field of substance-related disorders as well as mental health. Her education includes a Master of Arts degree with a major in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. She has many years of experience building and managing residential treatment rehabilitation facilities as well as outpatient therapy centers to help fight against the addiction epidemic.

Tammy has experience working with adolescents, adults , families and couples. She works with those who are struggling with mental health issues as well as everyday life issues. She has experience in the following: communication , anxiety, Trauma, depression, personality disorders, life coaching, relationship conflicts.
